At RasoiSecret, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically packed, and high-quality food products. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Food Product Policy

As our products are edible and fall under the food category, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be approved if:

  • You receive a damaged or leaking package.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is expired upon delivery.

  • The package is tampered with before delivery.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report within the above timeframe may result in the request being declined.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after verification.

5. Replacement Process

Where applicable, RasoiSecret may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Refusal to accept delivery.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that naturally occur in food products.

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or used.

  • Requests made after the specified reporting period.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Quality Assurance

Every RasoiSecret product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. We use hygienic packaging to ensure products reach customers in the best possible condition.
