  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available on eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the shipment's progress.

5. Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate when placing your order. RasoiSecret is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact us promptly.

  • Delayed Delivery: We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Lost Shipment: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

7. Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend noting this with the delivery representative and contacting our support team immediately.
